Wow, what an inspiration you are – and you look fantastic! I have only just discovered your blog after Sophie Raworth posted the link on Twitter – I loved reading your story, and have read it several times again since 🙂 In so many ways, I am in a similar place to where you were back in January 2012 and definitely had that “epiphany” moment last week, so dusted off my running shoes and have been out twice over the last 3 days – felt good! Can I ask, how you changed your diet and eating habits alongside taking up running to lose your weight? I have a similar amount to lose and have had enough of not feeling good about myself, so any tips or advice would be very much appreciated x

  The diet side kind of sorted itself initially, without the alcohol a significant amount of my calories were taken away so the weight came off quite easily. When that stalled I counted calories using the Livestrong app. Just stuck to 1400 a day (still snuck in chocolate but it just meant I could eat less later, etc.). Good luck with your journey, I promise it’s possible. I’ve never considered myself someone who had any kind of self discipline so if I can do it anyone can!
